Simple Cucumber Salad

When it comes to nutrition, you know me, I like to keep it simple.

This delicious cucumber salad is just that!

Recipe:

- 1 Large Cucumber (sliced)

- 1 Large Avocado (diced)

- Handful of Cherry Tomatos (sliced)

- Basil (chopped)

- Hemp Seeds (to your liking)

Dressing:

- Olive oil

- Red Wine Vinegar

- Lemon

- Dried Oregano 

- Salt and Pepper

Mix together and enjoy babes!!

I am one of those 'eye measurement' people, so I do not have exact measurements for the dressing, I like to call it free style mixing! That way you can mix it to however you like it!
